It’s amazing how, with little instruction, humans can understand key concepts and be able to work together in harmony. Bobby McFerrin didn’t need to give detailed instructions and host comprehensive, repetitive rehearsals; rather, he was able to tap into one of the fundamental behaviours and logical processes that we have as humans. Although the clip was three minutes in length, within the first minute you could easily see that Bobby was leading a huge audience.
 
As leaders, how can we create leadership situations such as these in our life? How can we tap into fundamental human behaviours?  How can we avoid being prescriptive, but lead by being demonstrative?
