I wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Rina Arsenault, C.M. on being appointed as a Member of the Order of Canada.  I first met Rina during the 2012 Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference (details can be found here) – she really impressed our group with her work at the Muriel McQueen Fergusson Centre in Fredericton, NB.
