Leadership isn’t a job, it’s a state of mind by Leah Eichler at Globe & Mail on 3 May 2013.

An article that seeks to define leadership.  The author states,

“…leadership is a way of thinking, rather than a job description…leadership means knowing your own values and being able to translate that into a vision for yourself and others.”

It involves the ability to influence others to achieve the vision.  Once again, there’s a differentiation between managing and leading.
