Everyone Should Have a ‘Vision’ by David Barrett at davidbarrett.ca on 23 April 2014

One of the fundamental aspects of leadership is having a vision.  In explaining the concept, David ensures that he separates a vision (a desired end state at some point in the future) from a vision statement (a guiding set of principles).  Having a vision is a key element in helping you to develop the strategic plan that will take you from here to there in the most efficient fashion.

Based on the article it sounds like this is the first of several posts that will help take the 30,000’ vision down to the ground level – I’m looking forward to future posts.
